Sophie Lauver
Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
Sophie Lauver MS, RD, LDN, NBC-HWC, has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University. She has worked in hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and wellness technology and she’s passionate about providing accessible strategies for lifestyle change. Sophie has a personal interest in the role of plant-based lifestyles in chronic disease prevention and treatment.
Mary Ahern
Registered Dietitian
Mary Ahern, Ph.D, loves dedicating her time to being at the forefront of our understanding of nutrition’s impact on our bodies. Her research interests focus on the dietary, biological, metabolic, or behavioral differences in individuals with obesity and other chronic conditions. Her main goal is to contribute to a better understanding of human variability in response to diet. As a dietitian with Aeroflow, she uses this perspective to focus on giving tailored and personalized diet recommendations to each patient.
Alyssa Sharp
MS, RD, LDN CDCES
Alyssa Sharp, MS, RD, LDN CDCES completed her undergraduate education at Point Loma Nazarene University and received her Master’s degree from the University of North Florida. She later received her Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist Certification. The last 5 years, she has been working with the community educating patients about diabetes and nutrition. Her passion is working in the community where she can engage patients and spend more time on actively promoting behavior change and helping patients become the healthiest versions of themselves.
Kate Moore
Registered Dietitian
Kate has been a dietitian for over a decade, finding her passion for guiding individuals toward a whole-person approach to health and the benefits of small lifestyle changes. She is committed to better serving participants by finding what works best for each individual. She uses her Italian heritage to take a Mediterranean approach to health and her culinary style. Her holistic approach is inspired by the Blue Zones. She does not believe there is a one size fits all. Kate is eager to bring vibrant and fresh insight into your life and health needs in a manageable way!
Mary Walker
MS, RD, LDN, CNSC
Mary Walker, MS,RD,LDN,CNSC completed her undergraduate clinical nutrition education at Virginia Tech and received her Master’s degree from East Tennessee State University. She later received her Board Certification in Nutrition Support. Mary’s career has been filled with community nutrition education with diabetes, weight management, bariatric surgery, and nutrition support for clients needing enteral and parenteral nutrition support in their homes and inpatient hospitalizations. Mary’s passion is working with individuals and their families to fit nutrition, health, and wellness into a plan that works for them.
