Lauren Bennett
Lauren Bennett is Chief Operating Officer for Aeroflow Health, where she leads national operational performance and experience. Lauren joined Aeroflow Health in 2014 and has held a variety of leadership roles within the company in strategy, experience, innovation, data analytics and growth. In her current role, Lauren oversees more than 200 operations employees and leaders across multiple business areas at Aeroflow Health. Lauren’s priority is improving the experience for patients, health plans, providers and employees. Previously, Lauren was Vice President of Aeroflow Sleep and Director of Sales Operations for Aeroflow Breastpumps. She is known for driving innovation and efficiency through implementing state of the art automation with a goal of delivering a seamless patient experience
Ryan Bullock
Ryan serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Aeroflow Health, a premier nationwide provider of durable medical equipment. In his current position, Ryan oversees strategic operations, corporate development and government relations. For over 14 years, Ryan has provided exceptional leadership, management and vision to Aeroflow, resulting in incredible growth and profitability for the company. Ryan holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Western Carolina University and resides with his family in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina.
Katie Church
Katie Church is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning operations management, people leadership, project management, and human resources. With 14 years experience at Aeroflow Health, Katie has honed her expertise in optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation across various divisions. With a proven track record of success in strategic planning, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making, she excels in leading cross-functional teams, implementing high-impact initiatives, and driving business growth.

Ashley Haynes
Serving as Aeroflow’s Director of Customer Operations, Ashley Haynes leads a team that manages Aeroflow’s phone, chat, and email platforms as well as inbound faxes and reshipments/returns. Ashley has a diverse background in education, sales, and customer service, bringing a unique blend of skills to her role. With a passion for creating efficiencies and fostering positive relationships through collaboration, Ashley focuses on optimizing customer facing operations across all business units.
She began her career in education, where she developed a deep understanding of communication, empathy, and problem solving. Leveraging her background to understand the unique customer needs in each business unit, Ashley and her team deliver tailored solutions to drive continuous improvement across all facets of the customer journey. Ashley is committed to creating a seamless customer experience, where every team has the tools to anticipate customer needs, proactively address challenges, and exceed expectations at every turn.
Dennis Patenotte
Dennis Patenotte serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aeroflow Health. With over 18 years of experience in financial decision-making Dennis has a strong history of achieving both financial and non-financial business goals through effective controls and planning. Dennis joined Aeroflow Heath in 2023 after many years in the hospitality industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University and a Masters of Business Administration from Western Carolina University.

Marshall Staton
Marshall Staton joined Aeroflow Health in 2017 and currently serves as Director of Human Resources for the organization. Marshall has spent his entire career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Insurance in a variety of roles for industry-leading organizations. In his current role, he oversees all aspects of the employee experience at Aeroflow. This includes talent attraction and acquisition, new hire onboarding & training, total rewards, DEI, performance management, employee relations, and career growth & development.

Jennifer Jordan
Jennifer Jordan serves as the Vice President of the Mom & Baby Division at Aeroflow Health. With a passion for building brands and shaping strategic visions, Jenn has propelled Aeroflow Breastpumps to new heights in the competitive healthcare market. Leveraging her extensive experience in marketing, customer experience, sales and operations management, she has overseen the expansion of Aeroflow Breastpump’s reach, forging key partnerships and driving growth in the maternal health space.
Rendi Mann-Stadt
Rendi Mann-Stadt has been Aeroflow Health’s Chief Counsel and Compliance Officer since 2018. She leads the legal team in oversight and legal management of Aeroflow’s commercial activities and provides legal advice to its business operations. Rendi is also Aeroflow’s first Compliance Officer directing compliance programs . Prior to joining Aeroflow Health, Rendi had extensive business, employment, and litigation experience in private practice. She is a graduate of Boston College, the University of Louisville, and the University of Illinois College of Law and she holds the CHC and PHC certificatin from the . Compliance Certification Board.
Amanda Minimi
Amanda Minimi is an accomplished healthcare leader with over a decade of experience driving successful initiatives in health improvement and public policy. She is dedicated to promoting health equity, enhancing health outcomes, expanding access to quality care, and advocating for health system reform. In January 2017, Amanda joined Aeroflow Health and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development.
In her role, Amanda oversees business development activities, program development, and payor solutions across all lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, and the commercial market. As the Director of Corporate Development, she leads a team of skilled individuals focused on business development, advocacy, and business support.
Beyond her responsibilities at Aeroflow Health, Amanda actively contributes as a member of AAHomeCare, serving on the Payor Relations Board. She also holds a position as a Board Member for ATHOMES, where she actively shapes and advocates for policies that benefit the patients served by Aeroflow.
Amanda Minimi earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, with a focus on healthcare finance. Additionally, she earned a master’s degree in Business Analytics from The College of William and Mary, showcasing her commitment to data-driven decision-making. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional, Amanda exemplifies her dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in her field.
Carson Moore
Carson serves as the Director of Aeroflow Diabetes. Carson initially joined Aeroflow Health in mergers & acquisitions before transitioning to develop and grow the diabetes division. With an extensive background in finance and operations, Carson has a keen understanding of how to optimize processes and maximize efficiency within the healthcare industry. Carson is passionate about implementing initiatives aimed at helping patients understand and navigate the complexities of the industry. He believes in simplifying the process and providing education to empower patients to take control of their diabetes management effectively.
Scott Sonnone
As the President of Aeroflow Health, Scott brings a wealth of expertise to the helm. With a distinguished background in finance, including roles in investment banking and private equity, Scott possesses a keen understanding of financial intricacies and strategic foresight. Having ascended from the position of CFO, he has a proven track record of fiscal acumen and operational leadership. His visionary approach and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and navigating complex healthcare landscapes. With his blend of financial savvy and diverse experience, Scott is dedicated to steering Aeroflow Health towards continued success in delivering exceptional healthcare solutions.
Jason Wille
As Chief Technology Officer for Aeroflow Jason Wille leads our Technology, Product Management, Cybersecurity and IT teams.
With over 25 years of technology experience in manufacturing, ecommerce, commercial software, and healthcare industries Jason has a deep understanding of how to create and apply technology to meet business needs which is especially important with the complexities and nuances of healthcare delivery and management. He is passionate about leveraging technology and data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall healthcare experience. As a visionary leader, Jason is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive positive change in the healthcare landscape.
Most recently before joining Aeroflow he held positions as VP of Information Technology & Senior Director of Information Technology at Workiva and Software Engineering Manager at ClickBank. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from University of Northern Iowa.
Casey Hite
Casey Hite serves as Aeroflow Health’s CEO and is a seasoned healthcare executive with a strong background in healthcare operations, strategy and technology. With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Casey has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare organizations. He is passionate about driving operational excellence and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives. As a results-driven leader, Casey is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and driving positive change in the healthcare industry.
In 2002, Casey and his brother Don launched Aeroflow Healthcare, which has transformed the Home Medical Equipment industry. Today, Aeroflow Health stands out from its competitors by basing the entire model around ensuring excellent customer service by placing its customers in control of their healthcare journey through technology and an online adaptive equipment and service selection process.
Casey has overseen and led the creation and growth of Aeroflow Mom & Baby, Motif Medical, Aeroflow Sleep, Aeroflow Urology, Aeroflow Diabetes as well as numerous other entities that operate under the Aeroflow Healthcare umbrella.
