Aeroflow Supports All Parenting Journeys
New Mothers
After working with Aeroflow for a year, new moms receive six weeks of paid maternity leave at 100%, benefit eligible mothers that have been employed for at least 1 year at the time of birth are also eligible for an additional 6 weeks of leave paid at 60%. We also offer a free breast pump, one year of free diapers, and reimbursement for birth and postpartum doulas.
Non-Birth Parents
Non-birth parents (including foster and adoption) get four weeks paid parental leave. Aeroflow will reimburse eligible employees for adoption-related expenses at 50% of the cost or up to a maximum of $5,000 per adopted child.
