At Aeroflow Health, caring for communities is just as important as caring for patients. From maternal health and breast pumps to sleep and respiratory care, Aeroflow supports millions of patients each year with products and services that improve quality of life. But our commitment to health extends far beyond medical equipment and services.
That belief is what inspired Aeroflow Cares, our philanthropic initiative grounded in a simple truth: health doesn’t start in a doctor’s office. It starts with stable housing, access to education and healthcare. Through Aeroflow Cares, we invest in the broader factors that shape well-being by partnering with organizations centered on healthcare access, affordable housing and education pathways. We’ve pledged to donate both monetarily and with our time to causes aligned with these goals, reinforcing our long-term commitment to building healthier communities.
This year, we’re proud to continue that mission by partnering with impactful organizations including Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry (ABCCM), United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County, Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity, Haywood Street Community Development, Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina, and Safelight—all working to advance one of our philanthropic giving pillars: access to health, education and housing across Western North Carolina and beyond.

This is Aeroflow at its best—purpose, care, and action aligned. I’m honored to stand alongside our philanthropic partners and excited for the impact we’ll continue to make together in the year ahead.

Deepening Ongoing Partnerships
Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry (ABCCM)
Aeroflow Health is expanding its partnership with ABCCM in 2026, continuing a multi-year investment in housing, veteran support, and crisis services for underserved populations across Western North Carolina.
Our financial commitment this year includes sustained support for Transformation Village, contributions toward the rebuilding of the Veterans Restoration Quarters, breastfeeding and CPAP supply donations and additional funding to strengthen critical programs that serve individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty.
Our volunteer engagement will be equally robust. Employees will pack hygiene kits and homeless outreach bags, serve meals to women and children at Transformation Village, support food box packing at the Crisis Ministry, and host a winter clothing drive for their onsite emergency shelter.
“ABCCM is honored to be one of Aeroflow's community partners in restoring lives in WNC. Aeroflow is a blue-ribbon example of corporate leadership taking responsibility to improve and build a stronger community! The combination of making a significant contribution of both employee volunteers and funding restores lives and strengthens team work and community- a double blessing for our community!”
Scott Rogers, Executive Director at ABCCM
United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County
In 2026, Aeroflow Health will continue investing in United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County to help mobilize resources that address poverty and inequity in our community. Our financial support will sponsor back-to-school initiatives and community care events that provide essential supplies and resources to local families.
Through United Way’s Business United and Hands-On programs, our employees will have access to curated volunteer opportunities throughout the year. We plan to host onsite “We Care” events at Aeroflow headquarters where teams assemble resiliency and snack packs for children, participate in large-scale Days of Connection, and support school supply drives that equip students for success.
Business partnerships like the one we have with Aeroflow Health exemplify the transformational relationships we strive to build with all businesses. By investing both resources and time into corporate giving and employee engagement, we are working together to ensure hundreds of students have access to school supplies, Community School Resource Rooms feel welcoming and well-stocked, and our nonprofit partners are supported by dedicated volunteers. It’s more than a check or an hour of service — it’s tangible impact rooted in intentional community building.

Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity
In 2026, Aeroflow Health is proud to continue our partnership with Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity, deepening our commitment to affordable housing in Buncombe County. This year, we are sponsoring the build of another home in the New Heights neighborhood — investing through funds to help a local family achieve long-term stability and self-reliance.
Beyond our financial support, our employees will roll up their sleeves on the job site, helping construct the very home we sponsor. Habitat projects provide meaningful, hands-on opportunities for individuals, families, and teams to work side by side in service. Additionally, several Aeroflow leaders will lend their expertise by consulting and serving in advisory capacities to support Habitat’s operational and strategic growth.
Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity is thankful for our growing partnership with Aeroflow Health. They eagerly roll up their sleeves building homes, of course, but they have also found creative ways to support our staff and future homeowners. We are grateful for the way this growing company prioritizes authentic community service and philanthropy.

Haywood Street Community Development
Our partnership with Haywood Street Community Development reflects our belief that housing is foundational to dignity. In 2026, Aeroflow Health will provide substantial financial support toward new housing development and serve as a presenting sponsor for their key community event, “Nourish and Nest” that advances deeply affordable housing initiatives.
Aeroflow employees will also engage directly through volunteer opportunities that foster connection and belonging. Team members can serve meals at the Downtown Welcome Table, help prepare dinner for individuals recovering in the Medical Respite program, and assist with preparing apartment suites and grounds as new residents move in. In addition, Aeroflow leaders will contribute their expertise by serving on committees focused on fundraising, financial management, and communications.
As an organization, Haywood Street Community Development has been able to thrive because of meaningful partnerships, and none has been more meaningful than the one we have with Aeroflow. From our earliest conversations, we sensed a kinship in mission - a desire to not simply give back, but to lay the groundwork for sustainability. Aeroflow shows up with curiosity and generosity whether it is through game changing sponsorships, or through team members participating in service projects. It has been a joy to get to know the people of Aeroflow around the table, serving and sharing alongside one another, and in the garden, creating spaces of beauty that foster community.

Building New Partnerships
Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina
Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina is dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness by providing permanent housing and supportive services for individuals and families in need. Their housing-first approach prioritizes stability, dignity, and long-term success.
In 2026, we are proud to support Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina by sponsoring the Complete First Aid & Hygiene Program. This sponsorship provides essential first aid supplies, hygiene and personal care items, and cleaning supplies for individuals served at AHOPE Day Center, Compass Point Village, and permanent supportive housing sites.
Employees will have multiple ways to get involved, from volunteering at AHOPE Day Center and the Welcome Home Donation Center to supporting community events throughout the year. This partnership allows our team to engage directly in efforts that prevent and end homelessness in our region.
We are truly honored to partner with Aeroflow Health this year to help provide essential hygiene and healthcare items to our community. Their support reaches our neighbors currently experiencing homelessness as well as those who have transitioned into permanent supportive housing. This partnership promotes stability, improves health outcomes, restores dignity, and directly advances our mission to prevent and end homelessness in our community.
Aeroflow’s deep commitment to expanding access to healthcare, education, and housing in Asheville is both meaningful and inspiring. Through hands-on staff volunteerism and genuine community partnership, they demonstrate what it truly means to invest in lasting change. We are deeply grateful for their partnership and their dedication to making a difference right here at homeJessie Figueroa, Resource Development Director
Safelight
In 2026, Aeroflow Health will launch a new partnership with Safelight, a nonprofit supporting survivors of interpersonal violence and abuse. Our multi-year financial commitment includes sponsorship of a critical forensic and family advocacy initiative, helping ensure survivors have access to medical, legal, and emotional support services when they need them most.
Our team will also provide in-kind product donations for expecting mothers seeking safety and stability, along with sponsoring and serving meals to those in the shelter throughout the year. Employees can volunteer at Safelight’s resale store, café, and other programs — or serve on committees supporting events, marketing, and capacity building. Through this partnership, we are standing alongside families on their journey from crisis to sustainability
We are thrilled to have Aeroflow partner with us for the next five years as together we create a safer community. Their support not only helps us to reach out to more survivors, but their time is also going to be spent volunteering deeply with us to feed meals to our shelter residents throughout the next year. We are grateful to their passion and support to create hope and healing with us.
