Please review the information below to be informed of what’s next and our overall process.

STEP 1: You're Interested

According to our record, you may qualify for nutrition classes through your insurance.

STEP 2: Referral

Your dedicated Aeroflow Customer Service Specialist will reach out to your doctor to get a referral for your nutrition classes available to you through your insurance.  If we need any additional information or have any questions from there, we’ll reach out to you directly.

STEP 3: Your Group Nutrition Class!

Once your referral is received, we will reach out to get you scheduled for your first class!
